The staff seemed eager to help, so that was acceptable.

The street is narrow. Taxis had trouble getting to the door. Also the room had minimal closet space. It was impossible to move around much.

poor soundproofinginconvenient location

The room lacked adequate soundproofing. i heard excessive noise, particularly at night. It sounded like doors were constantly being slammed near my room. also, taxis couldn't directly reach the hotel due to the narrow street. it made arrivals and departures inconvenient. these issues detracted from the overall stay.
